Sara Ann Murawski of Kinde died Monday December 9, 2019 in Indiana

She was born on May 11, 1989 in Bad Axe, Michigan, the daughter of Walter and Verna (Simmons) Murawski.

Sara was a 2008 graduate of North Huron High School.  She was a Boy Scout Leader and worked at Boy Scout Camps for eight years.  She was also employed at McDonald's in Bad Axe for three years.

Sara was presently working as a deck hand on the Great Lakes freighters and had just finished a work trip of several weeks at the Port of Indiana-Burns-Harbor.

She enjoyed four wheeling, whitewater rafting and kayaking.

Sara is survived by her parents, Water and Verna Murawski and her brothers, Matthew Murawski of Battle Creek MI and David Murawski of Kinde.  Also surviving are her aunts and uncles: Joseph and Vicky Simmons Murawski, Patricia Ignash, Larry Murawski, Mary (Ron) Gottschlak, Albin Murawski, Geraldine Murawski, Augustine Murawski, Kenneth (Donna) Murawski, and many cousins

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Charles and Frances (McDonald) Simmons and Albin and Anna (Miller) Murawski, as well as her uncle Stanley Murawski and Aunt Christine Koth.

Funeral: Friday, December 13, 2019 at St. Michael's Catholic Church of the Annunciation of the Lord Parish, Port Austin with burial in the Church Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2:00-8:00 pm at the Knoblock Funeral Home in Kinde and on Friday from 10 am up until the time of the Mass at 11:00 am.
