Mark Wendell Scully, 72, of Port Austin, died on December 30, 2024, at his home.  He was born October 31, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan, son of the late Charles and Barbara (Jennette) Scully.

Mark moved from West Bloomfield to Port Austin.  He was employed at Lake Industries as a Tool & Die Machinist for 20 years.  He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Frank Horetski Post 499 in Port Austin and was an avid dirt and ice bike racer.  He also enjoyed golf and the Detroit Red Wings.

He is survived by his brother, David (Toni) Scully of Grosse Pointe Woods; two nephews, Brant (Jessica) Scully of Highlands Ranch, Colorado and Ryan (Emily) Scully of Centennial, Colorado; and his ex-wife, Connie Prill.

A Celebration of Life will take place from 1-3pm on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at the Knoblock Funeral Home in Kinde.  Burial will take place at the Ferguson Cemetery in Almont, Michigan.
