Frank (Frankie) Mergucz, 52, of Port Austin died Monday, September 2, 2024, at his home following a long illness.  He was born in Warren, MI on November 13, 1971, the son of the late Frank and Mary (Ray) Mergucz.

Frankie enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was well known for his love of cars and motorcycles, car modeling, and was an avid Hot Wheels collector. He will be forever in our hearts.

Frankie is survived by his wife, Suzanne (Arntz) Mergucz of Port Austin. His children; Courtney Mergucz (Dennis Leggier) of Port Austin, Shannon Mergucz and special friend Brandon Morreale of Macomb, Landen Mergucz of Port Austin, Connor Glidden of Bad Axe, and Christopher Love of Fraser. His grandchildren; Alanna Leggier, Kayden Leggier, Crew Morreale, and soon-to-be granddaughter, Giavanna Morreale.  He is also survived by his sister, Tina (Mergucz) Hoody of Port Austin, his niece, Nikki Mergucz, and special friend Alicia Wiederhold of Bad Axe, and nephews, John Hoody and Bradley Hoody of Port Austin.

Frank (Frankie) was preceded in death by his brother John (Johnny) Mergucz, his parents Frank and Mary (Ray) Mergucz, and his grandparents John and Anna Mergucz.

Cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 2 pm at Knoblock Funeral Home of Kinde.  There will be visitation from 10am until the time of service at the Funeral Home.
