Eva J. Mayer, 103, passed away on July 9, 2017 at the age of 103 at Lakeview Extended Care and Rehab IN Harbor Beach.

She was born on July 16, 1913 to Roderick and Mary Eleanor Hadland Murchison.  She and Jack Mayer were married on March 15, 1933.  He preceded her in death in 2004.

Eva is survived by three sons, Robert & Dolly Mayer of Port Hope, Walter and Geri Mayer of Ann Arbor, and Stanley and Clara Mayer of Port Hope.  She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, and her daughter-in-law, Betty Mayer of California.

She was preceded in death by her sons Jack Mayer, Jr and Seymour Mayer, her sisters Marie Wesling, Sadie Morrison, Jennie Dewhirst, and her brother John Murchison.

Cremation has taken place.  Services through the Knoblock Funeral Home, Kinde.
