Edwin A. Knoblock, 80, Port Austin passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Courtney Manor in Bad Axe.

He was born on June 18, 1937, the son of Edwin and Gertrude (Sosnoski) Knoblock in Port Austin.

Ed and Janice Laske were married on October 26, 1957 in Port Austin.  She preceded him in death in 1970.  On December 20, 1972 he married Patricia D'Hondt.  She preceded him in death in 2001.

Ed owned and operated Ed's Barber Shop in Port Austin from 1963 until the present day.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and horses.  He especially enjoyed driving horses and could be seen driving the Knoblock Riding Stable Wagon in the 4 ^th of July Parades and during the Port Austin Farmer's Market on Saturdays.

He is survived by his children: Edwin Knoblock of Southfield, Lynne (David) Wiley of Port Austin, and Robert (Michelle) Knoblock of Richmond and his step-daughter, Tina Luoma of Las Vegas, NV.  Also surviving are his grandchildren: Jonathan (Erin) Wiley of Maybee; Cody ( Bri) Wiley of Erie; Kelly (Garth) Longstreet of Temperance, Edwin Knoblock of New Lenox, Ill;  Eric Knoblock, Lake Orion; Kayla Knoblock, Lake Orion, Hailey Knoblock, Richmond; Kelsey and Alex; as well as great grandchildren:  Connor and Logan Wiley and Emma and Isabelle Longstreet and numerous nieces and nephews.

Also surviving are his siblings: Florence Yaroch, Lillian Dolan, Irene Pettit, Venice Clancy, Eldon Knoblock, Betty Jane Hertel, Kenneth (Belle) Knoblock, Don (Marilou) Knoblock, Dan Knoblock, Karen (Jack) Gilbreath. Gary (Beth) Knoblock and Linda (Paul) Burger.  He was preceded in death by his sister, Lorraine Kelterborn.

Funeral Mass for Edwin Knoblock will be on Saturday, at 11:00 am in St. Michael's Catholic Church of the Annunciation of the Lord Parish, Port Austin.  Visitation will be in the Knoblock Funeral Home, Kinde on Friday from 2:00-8:00 and on Saturday at the church from 10 am until the time of service.  Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
