Andy A. (Tony) Legault, 84, of Port Austin, died Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
He was born August 24, 1931, the son of Andy and Helen (Kassen) Legault in Iron Mountain, Michigan.

He and Darlene M. Fisher were married in Kingsford, Michigan on February 7, 1953. They moved to Port Austin from Shelby Township after he retired from the U.S. Post Office in 1993. He served in the U.S. Army for three years during the Korean War, where he received medals for his service.

Tony belonged to St. Michael's Catholic Church of the Annunciation of the Lord Parish in Port Austin.
He was a member of the American Legion, Frank Horetski Post 499 of Port Austin and a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Utica.

Tony loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed hunting and golfing.

Tony is survived by his wife of 63 years; his daughter Cheryl (Paul) Rosemeck of Grand Blanc, his granddaughter Deanna Brandon and his great-grandchildren Kylee and Paige Brandon of Fenton. Also surviving are his siblings; Marcella Izzo, Donald (Donna) Legault, Wilfred (Marge) Legault, Ray Legault, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, James Legault, and his sisters, Mary Anne Nord and Helen Rappi.

Funeral Mass for Tony Legault will be at 11:30 on Friday, July 15, 2016 at St. Michael's Church of the Annunciation of the Lord Parish in Port Austin. Visitation will be at the Knoblock Funeral Home on Thursday from 1:00 – 8:00 pm and at the church on Friday from 10:30 until the time of Mass at 11:30.
