Ada Leach, 85, of Port Austin died Friday, April 7, 2023 under Hospice care at her home.  She was born on September 20, 1937 in Harbor Beach, the daughter of the late Russell and Iva (Willard) McKay.  She and Carl Leach were married on February 16, 1956.  He preceded her in death in 2009.

Ada enjoyed her Church friends and her dog, Gracie.

She is survived by her son, Calvin Leach; Five grandchildren, Chelsy (Jason) Zelecki, Carly Smith (Franklin Carpenter), Logan Leach, Emily Leach, and Victoria Leach; and Three great grandchildren, Logan Joudas, Alaina Carpenter, and Harrison McKay Zalecki.

She was preceded in death by her Daughter, Linda Leach and her Grandson, Mark Smith.

Memorial contributions can be made to the United Protestant Church in Port Austin.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday April 13, 2023 at 11am at the United Protestant Church in Port Austin.  There will be a visitation on Thursday from 9am until the time of service at 11am at the Church.  Burial will follow in the New River Cemetery.  Arrangements are being handled by the Knoblock Funeral Home in Kinde.
